MIS Expert

Role & responsibilities

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and real-time monitoring tools.
• Design and manage an integrated MIS platform.
• Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports.
• Train MCC staff in MIS tools and analytics.
• Support early warning systems and field validation.
• Map MCC's projects and priorities against the objectives of national missions.
• Identify opportunities for convergence across schemes to optimize resource utilization and impact.
• Ensure that project designs and implementation plans are compliant with central guidelines and funding norms.
• Monitor progress on reform-linked conditions under flagship schemes Maintain a reform dashboard to track milestones, deadlines, and compliance status.
• Flag delays or gaps and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely achievement of targets.
• Prepare and compile documentation required for scheme validation, fund release, and performance audits Analyse data from different systems, make sense of it and diagnose potential issues.
• Inform the PMU leader and relevant teams to fix the data issues (if any) from the different systems or advise on fixing the missing processes

Preferred Background

• Experience in Smart Cities, Urban Development, or PMUs.
• Strong skills in Excel and project monitoring tools.
