Job Role : Executive MIS & Analytics Education : Graduate Work Experience 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role Strong understanding of MS Excel & Visual Analytic Tools Job Summary We are seeking an experienced MIS Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our management information systems. The MIS Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to support informed decision-making. Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain management information systems, including databases, reports, and dashboards. 2. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvement through the use of technology. 3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. 4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for MIS systems. 5. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in MIS systems. 6. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in MIS. Qualification 1. Bachelor's degree in any field. Preferred Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. At least 2-3 years of experience in MIS or a related field. 3. Strong technical skills in analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Tableau) 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.
