Position: MIS Executive

Job Purpose:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to support business operations and decision-making. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely reporting and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple systems (ERP, WMS, SAP, etc.) to generate performance insights.
• Track and report key metrics such as sales, stock, dispatch, inward, and operational KPIs.
• Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Automate repetitive reports using Excel formulas, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Maintain data dashboards and support management with ad-hoc analytical requirements.
• Support audits and ensure reports are aligned with business standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, etc.) for timely data submission.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, charts, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
