MIS Executive

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, bookings, inventory, and collections.
• Prepare dashboards for management review.
• Generate project-wise and tower-wise reports as required.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely report submissions.

2. Sales & CRM Coordination

• Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead data, customer follow-ups, and booking updates.
• Track lead status, conversions, cancellations, and payments.
• Update customer details and transaction progress in CRM software.

3. Inventory & Project Data Monitoring

• Maintain up-to-date inventory of units, availability status, pricing, and discounts.
• Track project progress updates received from the site team.
• Share inventory sheets with Sales and Management teams.

4. Collection & Accounts Coordination

• Track payment schedules, due payments, and pending collections.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for receipt updates.
• Prepare outstanding and ageing reports for management.

5. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain soft and hard copies of critical MIS files.
• Prepare documentation for internal audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure systematic filing and retrieval of reports.

6. Software & System Operations

• Work on CRM portals, Excel dashboards, ERP systems, and internal MIS tools.
• Prepare pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards, and charts.
• Suggest improvements for existing MIS processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,900.32 - ₹20,000.00 per month
