Proficiency in MS Excel : The candidate should be well-versed in Microsoft Excel to prepare and share periodic closing and channel reports (daily, weekly, and quarterly). Knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) : Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, including pulling reports, creating dashboards, and extracting data, as these will be part of the Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs). Sales Process Oversight : Responsible for overseeing the sales process from token collection to CRM handover, and for identifying and reporting any gaps to the leadership team in a timely manner. Communication and Team Collaboration : The candidate should be an extrovert with strong communication skills, as they will be an integral part of the Sales team. Effective collaboration will be essential. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : A proactive approach, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is required. Industry Background : Candidates with prior experience in the real estate sector will be preferred.
