Responsibilities: Coordinate with the market research team to understand consumer insights and use them to guide brand-building activities. Regularly visit the market to stay updated on trends, observe competitors, interact with consumers, and identify new opportunities. Evaluate the brand communication mix for ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities to ensure alignment with the product strategy. Monitor the execution of all plans to ensure they meet brand standards and are completed within deadlines. Work closely with the advertising agency on content, copy, and creatives for promotional campaigns. Track actual spending and ensure all costs stay within the allocated budget. Contribute to the development of annual or project-specific branding strategies based on the product segment and target customer profile.
