MIS Executive

MIS:

Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).

Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance

Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

Perform data analysis for generating reports on weekly/ monthly/ quarterly basis.

Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.

Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.

Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness

Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.

E-Commerce:

Implementation and management of company’s e-commerce platform

· Building and maintaining e-commerce sites and coordinating with IT professionals

· Adding all relevant product information to the e-commerce platform, such as equipment model, pricing, and photos.

Improvement on existing product information and formatting.

Review sales data and stock levels to ensure that supply meets demand and to help prepare reports with expected revenue figures

Analyze sales data regularly and assess the market in order to help make effective business goals and revise expectations appropriately.

Responding to SAP technical questions from various departments

Principle Accountabilities:

Assist in managing the entire E-Commerce and MIS system and process of the company

Should have good functional understanding of E-commerce platform, MIS, data analysis and SAP

Ensure the E-commerce platform and MIS Dashboard uptime, implement controls as needed and in a timely-manner.

Required Candidate Profile:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS or related field

3-4 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, data management, E-commerce; or combination of relevant education and experience

Should have hands-on experience on SAP B1 (HANA), SAP C4C (CRM) & SAP HYBRIS (SALES CLOUD) or similar technologies

Programming skills (Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, etc.)

Well-versed in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Comfortable with multiple IT/web platform interfaces

Problem solving and analytical skills

Confidence, professionalism and perseverance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage their own workload, priorities and work well under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
