MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing financial data, generating reports, and

providing insights that support strategic decision-making. This role involves financial analysis,

budget tracking, data automation, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records to optimize

business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial MIS reports, dashboards, and data models to support

business operations.

• Analyze financial data to track cash flow, revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
• Automate financial reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), SQL, and BI tools

(Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial

policies.

• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Support audits by providing required financial reports and data validations.
• Collaborate with finance, accounts, and business teams to improve data accuracy and

financial reporting processes.

• Work on cost analysis, expense tracking, and financial process automation to improve

efficiency.

• Ensure data integrity and security while handling confidential financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related

field.

• 2-5 years of experience in financial MIS reporting, accounting, or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), SQL, and financial

reporting tools.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or QuickBooks) is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large data sets and generate meaningful insights.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified CA is mandatory.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for financial visualization.
• Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
