MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive / Data Management Executive

Department: Systems

Location: Chandigarh Road, Mundian, Ludhiana.

Experience Required: 3–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain, update, and validate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

2. Dashboard Creation & Automation

• Develop interactive dashboards in:
• Google Sheets (Apps Script optional)
• Microsoft Excel
• Power BI
• Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
• Automate reports with real-time data refresh and visual insights
• Build KPI dashboards for management, HR, sales, projects, finance, or operations

3. FMS – Flow Management System (Highly Preferred)

• Design and create end-to-end Flow Management Systems for tracking:
• Approvals
• Workflows
• Task movements
• Inter-department communication
• Build logical flow structures and automate processes
• Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot FMS dashboards and reporting modules
• Work closely with teams to understand workflow pain points and convert them into automated systems

4. Data Quality & Governance

• Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness
• Perform audits to identify duplicate or inaccurate data
• Create SOPs for data collection, processing, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal data standards

5. Cross-Department Coordination

• Collaborate with HR, Sales, Projects, Finance, and Operations teams
• Understand reporting requirements and design custom dashboards
• Provide insights and trends to support decision-making
• Train teams on how to use dashboards and templates
• Manage large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail
• Create automated reports using formulas, pivot tables, conditional logic, and macros
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and create master databases
