Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business improvement.
Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate data.
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
Collect and compile daily production, inventory, and dispatch data from various sites

pan India.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to order processing,

returns, stock movement, and delivery performance.

Assist in preparing dashboards and summaries for management reviews.
Ensure data accuracy and report discrepancies or issues immediately.
Assist with documentation related to audits and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse, service and logistics teams to track order fulfilment and

inventory levels.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or a related field.

13 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis or similar roles.
Prior experience in Manufacturing / Ecommerce business is preferred
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).

CTC – 30,000-40,000 Per month.
