Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to provide insights into business performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms and reports.
  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement based on data analysis
  • System Maintenance and Support:

  • Manage and maintain the MIS systems used for data collection and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the MIS systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to MIS tools and software.
  • Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements based on data insights.
  • Implement best practices for data management and reporting.
  • Communication and Collaboration:

  • Liaise with various departments to gather data and understand reporting needs.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and strategies based on data analysis.
  • Documentation and Compliance:

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in MIS or Data Analytics are a plus.
  • Experience:

    2-4 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a similar role within a BPO or corporate environment.
  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Power BI or Tableau).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of BPO operations and performance metrics is desirable.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, typically working during standard business hours.
