Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Presentation Support
Assist in designing and updating HR dashboards and prepare clear presentations highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
Report Automation
Automate recurring HR reports using Excel, Advanced Excel features, and formulas to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
Collaboration with HR Teams
Work closely with teams such as recruitment, payroll, and training to gather relevant information and improve report accuracy.
Timely Report Submission
Ensure all reports are submitted to senior management on schedule with up-to-date and verified data.
Error-Free Reporting
Review and validate all HR data and reports to maintain accuracy and avoid errors.
Incentive & Compensation Calculation
Support the calculation of employee incentives, bonuses, and salaries in alignment with company policies.
Other Duties as Assigned
Perform additional responsibilities or special projects as assigned by management, ensuring quality and timely completion.
