Mis Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented MIS Executive to strengthen our K-12 B2B Operations analytics backbone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining data dashboards, automating reports, and generating actionable insights that help track the health of our schools, client renewals, academic delivery, and overall operational efficiency. This role demands expertise in Google Suite and Excel, along with strong analytical thinking and a passion for turning raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate MIS dashboards that track key operational KPIs including client renewals, academic implementation, delivery timelines, finance ops and school satisfaction metrics.
• Design and manage Google Sheets-based trackers for various business verticals (Academic Operations, Finance Ops, Renewals, Logistics, and Service Quality).
• Develop and standardize data collection formats (Forms, Sheets, Databases) to ensure consistency and accuracy across regions and teams.
• Perform trend and variance analysis on operational data to highlight early risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Regional and Central teams to ensure timely, reliable data flow from the field.
• Present daily, weekly and monthly analytical reports to senior leadership with insights and recommendations.
• Automate recurring reports using Google Apps Script, and build visual dashboards in Google Data Studio / Looker Studio.
• Support implementation and optimization of internal data tools or LMS-linked reporting systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Google Sheets & Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, QUERY, Macros, and Dashboarding).
• Proficient in Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for visualization and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for automation and integrations.
• Strong command of Google Forms, Slides, and Drive for operational data flow.
• Exposure to SQL and Power BI / Tableau is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to handle large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engg, Statistics, Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 36 years of experience in MIS / Data Analysis / Business Reporting, preferably in EdTech, School Operations, or Service Delivery functions.
