Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally. 1 PO process 2 Tracking and Updating JLL Mgt Fee Billing 3 Supporting MMR and QBR. 4 Collating and tracking site MMR 5 Tracking Open PO 6 Invoice gap analysis 7 Collating and supporting in finance reports 8 Updating and reporting India Org Chart. 9 Tracking & updating JLL Corporate finance data 10 Collating and updating JLL Corporate reports -India 11 JLL monthly attendance validation 12 Quarterly Forecasting and tracking monthly invoice 14 Adhere to all Atleos and JLL policies and procedures 15 Contract Compliance –follow all contractual compliance obligations associated with my role and adopt any process changes as outlined by leadership. 16 Ensure Zero non conformances during Client Internal and External Audits, 17 Leverage BI by use of information to drive faster business decisions and insights. A minimum of 1 data insights per site to be shared with the client and receive positive feedback 18 Enrol through JLL My Development and complete at least 3 training courses focused on developing business and management skills. Over all complete 40 hour of training per annum 19 Ensure 100% attendance for self and team for all the JLL corporate training which includes Webinar, WebEx and F2F 20 Ensure there is no business interruption due to any negligence or non-performance. 21 Ensure your account participates in the CIWG program. Success is measured by participation in at least 2 CIWG events across your account and re-application of a minimum of 2 innovations mined from i-Stream. 22 Share Lessons Learned with other JLL accounts and cross pollinate best practices and innovations- at least 2 per annum 23 To ensure that all the invoices are approved and processed with supporting's as per JLL best practices and local account guidelines 24 Processing of invoice within 90 days of PO, measured quarterly. (ex Jan invoices should be paid by April) 25 Zero cases of late processing of utility and rental invoices. 26 ERP Management in terms of start of work when PO is issued and invoicing when work is completed and the PO is closed.
