Role Overview

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various departments
  • Maintain databases, trackers, and dashboards with accuracy
  • Generate reports related to attendance, administration, HR, and operations
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports
  • Support HR and Admin teams with data analysis and reporting requirements
  • Assist in automating reports and improving MIS processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
  • Coordinate with internal teams to obtain required data and clarifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com / B.Sc / BBA preferred)
  • 24 years of experience in an MIS / reporting role
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services organization is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI / Excel dashboards preferred)
  • Ability to handle large data sets efficiently
