Job Description

Hotel Contracting Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Negotiate and finalize contracts with hotels and accommodation partners.
Maintain updated hotel inventory, rates, promotions, and special deals.
Prepare
MIS reports, rate analysis, and performance tracking
using advanced Excel.
Support the contracting team with data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel suppliers.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Advanced MS Excel & MIS skills
(Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards).
Prior experience as an
MIS Executive
or in a
Travel/Hotel Contracting/Back Office
role is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work with large sets of data.

Education & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in MIS/Contracting/Travel preferred.
Freshers with
excellent Excel/MIS knowledge
and a travel background can also apply.
