Job Summary:

Specialist-MIS Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role will involve handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting the finance team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Entry to reports of every deal with 100% accuracy.

Build strong practice of billing records, be end to end responsible for Billing including collection settlements.

Build strong data hygiene practices to eliminate possible errors in data keeping & tracking

Be responsible for entry, tracking, billing, printing, scanning and settlements of each deal without compromising on process flow.

Ensure timely completion of each activity, plan your day meticulously to avoid repetitive work.

Build processes, ideate & propose new methods to improve process & workflow.

Coordinate with other departments seamlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Proficiency in MS Office & Excel, strong hold on emails & calls required.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, ZohoBooks, or similar).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
