We are seeking an experienced MIS Executive who can manage end-to-end data processes, ensure accurate data collection, prepare detailed MIS reports, and support management with timely insights. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Excel, reporting, and data coordination. Key Responsibilities: Collect, compile, and verify data from multiple departments. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards. Manage data syncing across systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases. Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, and (optional) Macros. Maintain and update master data sheets regularly. Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy before reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to collect timely data inputs. Generate analytical insights and present data trends to management. Maintain documentation and ensure data confidentiality. Support in automation of reports and improvement of MIS processes. Qualifications: 5 - 7 years of experience in MIS, data management, or reporting roles. Strong command over MS Excel and MS Word.
