Job Description

MIS Executive:

Position Overview:

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports for management review
Handle
documentation
related to processes, reports, and records
Assist in
SOP writing, updating, and implementation
across departments
Support
ISO documentation
, compliance, and certification requirement.
Coordinate and assist during
internal and external audits
Maintain and manage data using
MS Excel
(advanced functions, reports, dashboards)
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of data
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection and process improvement

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
documentation and record management
Experience in
SOP preparation and process mapping
Working knowledge of
ISO standards
and audit processes
Proficiency in
MS Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline
Minimum
3 years of relevant MIS experience
Experience in manufacturing or process-driven organizations preferred
