Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on time using advanced Excel skills such as pivot tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and graphs.
Utilize expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel) to analyze data and present findings effectively.

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, or business intelligence tools.
Create dashboards, pivot tables, and charts to support data-driven decision-making.
Automate data extraction and report generation processes.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with different departments to gather and consolidate data.
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across various platforms and reports.
Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies, procedures, and standards.
Troubleshoot data or reporting issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
Prepare presentations and summary reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
