MIS Automation Analyst / Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting Automation

Design, develop, and automate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using
Power BI
,
SQL
,
Python
, and
Databricks
.
set up
automated alerts
and job scheduling to support near real-time for management reporting.

2. Dashboard Development

Create interactive
Power BI dashboards
tailored for leadership and operational teams across sales, inventory, performance, and finance domains.
Utilize
DAX
,
Power Query
, and
Python
to derive insights from structured and semi-structured data.
Build data visualizations for campaign tracking, KPI monitoring, and strategic
Ad-Hoc Analysis & Stakeholder Communication
Extract and aggregate data for
ad-hoc analysis
to support cross-functional teams.
Conduct stakeholder meetings to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
Provide
training and documentation
for non-technical users to consume reports efficiently.
