Role- Financial MIS and Business Accounting

CTC- upto- 10 LPA + incentive + Other benefit

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting && Financial Control
    • Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with senior management.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of key cost components such as salaries, rent, IT, interest,and administrative expenses.
    • Analyze budget vs. actual performance and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare and present budget reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Perform vertical-wise cost analysis and support cost optimization initiatives.

 

  • Financial Reporting && Book Closure
    • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial book closures.
    • Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with
    • accounting standards.
    • Conduct detailed reviews of general ledger entries and ensure proper classification and reconciliation.
    • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to internal and external stakeholders.

 

  • Process Automation && Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies and manual bottlenecks; propose and implement automation solutions.
    • Collaborate with IT to develop and deploy system enhancements, including
    • preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
    • Standardize reporting templates and methodologies for consistency and accuracy.

 

  • Branch && Vertical Financial Review
    • Collect and validate financial data of branches and business verticals.
    • Conduct variance and trend analysis to support performance evaluation and revenue enhancement.
    • Present financial statements to vertical heads and senior management with
    • actionable insights.
    • Provide focused support to specific verticals during process transitions or
    • stabilization phases.

 

  • MIS && Decision Support
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of MIS reports including dashboards, key
    • metrics, and profit projections.
    • Develop and maintain a centralized data repository to support strategic decision-making.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline MIS processes and reporting formats.
    • Prepare Board and senior management presentation materials with clarity and precision.

 

  • Team Collaboration && Stakeholder Engagement
    • Facilitate inter- and intra-departmental meetings to align on financial goals and reporting requirements.
    • Communicate expectations clearly and foster a collaborative working environment.
    • Support team development through effective feedback, problem-solving, and
    • presentation skills.

Requirements:

  • CA
  • 24 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and MIS.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, financial statements, and general ledger management.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
