Job Description

Data Management & Reporting:

Collect, verify, and consolidate operational data from the depot (fleet usage, schedules, Battery consumption, maintenance records, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
Maintain and update databases (KM Completion, vehicle status, incident logs).

Analysis & Insights:

Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement (route efficiency, breakdown frequency, manpower utilization).
Generate actionable insights to support decision-making for depot operations.

System Management:

Ensure correct and timely data entry in ERP/MIS systems.

Compliance & Documentation:

Keep well-organized digital and physical documentation for audits and management review.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in data collection or reporting processes and recommend solutions.
Support implementation of new software/tools for MIS.

Confidentiality & Accuracy:

Safeguard sensitive information and ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times.
