You will be joining Gopika Dairy Farms as a Milk Collecting Agent based in Namakkal. Your primary responsibility will be to collect milk from designated farms on a daily basis, ensuring the quality and safety of the milk collected. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records of the milk collection and work closely with the logistics team for its timely transportation. Building and nurturing relationships with local farmers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality milk will also be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have prior experience in dairy farming or agriculture. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records are crucial. A basic understanding of milk safety and quality standards is required to perform the job effectively. Effective communication and relationship-building skills will be beneficial as you interact with farmers and the logistics team.
