• Perform

  pre-migration assessments

  and develop

  migration strategies

  to ensure smooth transitions.


• Configure and manage

  migration tools

  for

  efficient and secure

  data transfer.


• Ensure

  data integrity, security, and compliance

  throughout the migration process.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and

  resolve migration-related issues

  in real-time.


• Provide

  technical guidance and support

  to users during and after migration.


• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to address challenges and ensure project success.

• Maintain

  detailed documentation

  of migration processes, configurations, and best practices.


• Provide

  training and guidance

  to end-users as needed to ensure a smooth transition.

• Bachelor s degree

  in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.



• Proven experience

  with

  BitTitan and Quest Migration tools

  .


• Strong expertise in

  O365 workloads

  :

  Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams

  .


• In-depth understanding of

  data migration methodologies, strategies, and best practices

  .


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

  .


• Ability to work

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced environment.

• Certifications such as

  Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

  or

  Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

  .


• Experience with

  PowerShell scripting

  for automation.


• Familiarity with

  Microsoft security and compliance features

  .
