We're hiring a junior QA automation engineer (at least 5 years of experience) who enjoys building reliable UI tests, writing clean scripts, and ensuring quality across web applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases using the existing

  Selenium WebDriver

  framework.
• Write simple automation scripts (

  locators, waits, reusable functions

  ) under senior guidance.
• Create and update

  test cases

  from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Run test suites locally and in shared environments; capture

  logs, screenshots, and reports

  .
• Log clear, reproducible

  defects

  and re-test fixes.
• Maintain

  test data

  and smoke/regression checklists.
• Contribute small

  step definitions/Gherkin scenarios

  in a Cucumber BDD framework.
• Participate in

  daily stand-ups

  , sharing testing progress and blockers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  QA automation and functional testing

  .
• Hands-on with

  Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber

  .
• Exposure to

  CI/CD tools

  such as Jenkins or GitLab CI (pipelines, artifacts, notifications).
• Basic understanding of

  SDLC/STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile testing practices

• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and eagerness to learn.
