MID LEVEL ARCHITECTS

You will be responsible for working as a Mid-Level Architect at BRIC DESIGN with 03-06 years of experience in various project types including residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The job location is in Fort, Mumbai Central, Mumbai. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Architecture and have proficiency in 2D drawing using AUTOCAD, as well as 3D skills using Lumion and Sketch-up, along with experience in preparing Bills of Quantity. Your key responsibilities will include conducting basic site analysis, surveys, and measurements, converting measurements into working drawings and models, and creating presentations. You will collaborate with the Principal Architect to develop detailed drawings, PowerPoint presentations, and 3D models based on project briefings and sketches. Additionally, you are expected to have a good understanding of architectural finishes, materials, and planning elements, and be able to manage site visits for projects both within and outside Mumbai. You will act as a liaison between the team and the Project Architect, maintaining daily task lists, chronology reports, and ensuring work deliverables are met within specified timelines.
