The Role We, at Aliens are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Architect as part of our team with strong professional experience in all aspects of designing, drafting, working on residential projects, landscape designing, planning, budgeting, and execution for interior design projects. The incumbent will be responsible for creating a project plan that includes detailed layouts, technical models and drawings, and estimates for time, cost, materials, and equipment. S/he will be required to consult with the client regarding their available space, needs, and style preferences and monitor progress for all aspects of the project and ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of the project plan. The incumbent would work in a high- paced team environment with multiple team members. S/he would be based in Hyderabad and would report to the Interiors-Head. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for creating natural and built environments that are aesthetically pleasing as well as practical. 2. Responsible for delivering best in class architect designs and execute the same aesthetically. 3. Responsible for coordinating and liaising with appropriate stakeholders for efficient delivery of designs. 4. Well versed with compliances and ensure effective budgeting while conceptualizing and delivering their designs. B.Arch degree in Architect Design or similar from NIRF ranked institute/ stellar academic record (Tier I / II). 2. Theoretical and professional working experience in architectural drawing, quantity estimation, concept design. 3. Technical skills and the ability to use design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc. would be an added advantage.

Candidate should have a creative bent of mind, ready to explore various possible design options to be able to reach to the best. 4. Candidate should be able to respect the given tasks and timelines. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Candidate should have the ability to produce Architectural drawings from concept to construction stage. 2. Candidate to have the ability to understand and figure out architectural details independently or under supervision. 3. Candidate to have knowledge of SketchUp to be able to produce 3d blocking of the building being designed. Knowledge of a Rendering software would be a plus. 4. Candidate to be able to co-ordinate with draftsmen and get accurate drawings made by them timely. 5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

About the role: Hand-on experience in design and drafting work for infrastructure/commercial/substation project Understanding of National and International standard, NBC code Interface with different services in building. Preparation of BOM 3D modeling will be an added advantage Preparation of Civil & structure detailing related to Buildings/Quarters/machine foundation (transformer/ Reactor)/ Tower / equipment foundation. Preparation of drain layout section and design Develop design and details of RCC wall, cable trenches, retaining wall/boundary wall Review of the detailed structural and fabrication drawing prepared by the fabricator Review the detailed structural drawing of Pre-engineered Building (PEB) Detailing and review of underground structure like tunnels, RCC Box, road culvert. Prepare the details of steel support structures/gantry/equipment and foundation for the Sub-station equipments. Prepare Architectural drawing, sanitary, Plumbing, door window details of station building/staff quarters etc. Reply to the comments received from client. Technical support to site at the time of project execution and commissioning Collection of the site data by site visit as in when required We dont need superheroes, just super minds. Diploma in Architecture / Diploma in Interior design/Civil/Electrical With 5 to 8 years of experience.

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project requirements, budget, and schedule. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to translate design concepts into feasible and innovative solutions. Produce comprehensive architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite). Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather data and inform design decisions. Oversee the work of junior architects and interns, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship. Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and material selections to ensure quality and compliance with building codes and regulations. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to communicate design intent and progress effectively.
