Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Microsoft Teams Engineer. The Microsoft Teams Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft Teams environments, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft services. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and supporting Microsoft Teams, managing user and group accounts, configuring policies, and working closely with other IT teams to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
• Proficiency in Information Technology and understanding of networking concepts
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Powershell scripting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate are beneficial
