Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely resolution of application issues and incidents. - Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. - Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and stability. - Conduct regular system audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - Experience with database performance tuning and optimization. - Strong knowledge of SQL scripting and query optimization. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database-related issues. - Good understanding of database security and backup strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Administration. - This position is based in Jaipur. - A 15 years full-time education is required. 15 years full time education
