Job Description

Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom applications and workflows using
Power Apps
and
Power Automate
to automate business processes.
Design and build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using
Power BI
.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions leveraging Power Platform capabilities.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services such as
SharePoint
,
Dynamics 365
,
Azure
, and third-party APIs.
Create and manage Common Data Service (Dataverse) entities, relationships, and business rules.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing Power Platform applications to improve performance and user experience.
Implement security roles, permissions, and data access controls within Power Platform solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Power Platform tools and solutions.
Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to continuously improve solution delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4 to 5 years of experience in developing solutions using
Microsoft Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Strong knowledge of
Dataverse (Common Data Service)
and data modeling concepts.
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with
Microsoft 365
,
Azure services
, and other enterprise applications.
Proficient in building canvas and model-driven apps in Power Apps.
Good understanding of business process automation and workflow design.
Experience in scripting and using Power Platform connectors and APIs.
Familiarity with Power BI report development and DAX queries.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
Experience with
Azure Logic Apps
and
Azure Functions
.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations modules.
Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
Experience with version control and ALM practices for Power Platform solutions.
