Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Microsoft ISV App Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications for the Microsoft ecosystem, primarily focusing on Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform. This role involves working closely with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain ISV applications on the Microsoft platform, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.
- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Integration and Customization:
- Integrate applications with other Microsoft services and third-party systems.
- Customize Dynamics 365 modules and Power Platform solutions to meet specific business requirements.
Cloud Services and Infrastructure:
- Utilize Azure services for application hosting, data storage, and analytics.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure components such as virtual networks, databases, and security measures.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with other developers and IT team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement testing frameworks and conduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, features, and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience with Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure services.
- Proficiency in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, or other relevant certifications.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting using Power BI.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
