About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Microsoft Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our IT team in Bengaluru. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and maintaining our Microsoft infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across Azure services, SQL environments, Power Platform tools and Windows PCs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support and maintain Microsoft Azure services
• Perform system administration and ensure network security
• Support SQL Server environments and Power Apps integrations
• Handle PC support and general networking tasks
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve infrastructure issues

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environment
• Strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
• Knowledge of network security and basic networking concepts
• Experience with Power Apps and SQL Server is a plus
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-900)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
