Microsoft Identity Manager Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

•             Identify & analyze MIM workflows, Synchronization, policy rules (Management Policy Rules).
•                    Synchronization Service (FIM/MIM) extensively worked on the Metaverse extension code
•             Deep understanding of synchronization rules & Troubleshoot MIM synchronization issues and ensure data integrity across connected systems.
•             Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define and enforce identity governance policies.
•             Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
•             Support migration from MIM to other platforms.
•             Experience on migrating from MIM synchronization service to other modern identity platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•             34 years of experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (FIM/MIM).
•             2–3 years of work experience with Python & Apache Airflow components
•             Deep understanding of identity lifecycle, role-based access control (RBAC), and user provisioning.
•             Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and Microsoft ecosystem.
•             Hands-on experience with MIM components: Sync Engine.
•             Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and workflow automation.
•             Experience with connected systems and connectors (e.g., SQL, SAP, Azure AD).
•             Familiarity with IAM and security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust).
•             Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

•             Experience migrating from MIM to provisioning or other modern identity platforms.
•             Exposure to RSA, SailPoint, Okta, Ping, or other IAM tools.
•             Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, AZ-104, MS-500) are a plus.
•             Experience with hybrid identity environments and cloud security.
