Job Description

As a Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to ensure that client infrastructure is configured, tested, and operational. Your role involves solving complex problems, enhancing service quality, and managing high-complexity tickets to meet service level agreement (SLA) conditions. Pre-emptive service incident resolution, product reviews, and operational improvements are part of your daily tasks. You will work across various technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, and Applications, while mentoring junior team members. By conducting necessary checks, applying monitoring tools, and responding to alerts, you will identify and address issues before they escalate. Creating knowledge articles for frequent tasks/issues, training junior team members, and providing inputs for automation efforts are crucial aspects of your role. Engaging with third-party vendors, updating systems and portals, coaching L2 teams, and supporting project implementation and delivery are also key responsibilities. Your actions must adhere to client requirements and timelines. To excel in this position, you should have extensive Managed Services experience, a strong understanding of ITIL processes, and proven experience collaborating with vendors and third parties. Effective communication across different cultures, strong planning skills, a positive outlook under pressure, active listening skills, and adaptability to changing client needs are essential. A client-focused approach to create positive experiences and a Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent qualification are required.
