Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering & Documentation : Capture requirements for internal/external integrations , document current business processes, and map to to-be business processes . Business Process Design : Lead the team in designing Dynamics ERP business processes , ensuring alignment with customer needs and best practices. Solution Evaluation & Deployment : Develop, configure, validate, and deploy solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics D365FO and ensure smooth transition and implementation. Power Platform : Utilize Power Automate , PowerApps , and Power BI to enhance business automation, reporting, and app development. Integration Patterns : Work on all integration patterns , ensuring seamless communication between D365FO and other systems. Configuration & Monitoring : Install, configure, and monitor all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics AX in both production and non-production environments. Team Leadership & Coordination : Lead a team of consultants, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and consistent delivery across the project lifecycle. System Standards : Contribute to system standards , installation, and configuration procedures to maintain consistency across all environments. Mandatory Skills : At least 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365FO . Extensive experience in capturing business requirements for internal/external integrations and designing ERP business processes . Hands-on knowledge of AX D365 Technical processes , including integrations and interface management. Power Platform expertise ( Power Automate , PowerApps , Power BI ). Microsoft AX certifications are preferred . Experience in team leadership and consulting in an enterprise environment. Strong analytical, planning , and coordination skills to ensure successful project execution. Desired Skills : Management experience in consulting or large-scale ERP implementations. Experience working in a consulting environment requiring regular travel. Prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
