Roles and Responsibilities:

For Developer / Technical Consultant:

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Implement workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integrations using .NET, JavaScript, and Web APIs.
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

For Technical Architect:

• Design scalable and secure CRM architectures for enterprise deployments.
• Define technical standards and best practices for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Guide and mentor developers and consultants on architecture and technical implementation.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery including integration with external systems (Azure, third-party APIs).
• Ensure performance optimization and solution maintainability.

For Solution Architect:

• Engage with business stakeholders to shape CRM strategy and solution roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end solution design, covering architecture, integration, data, security, and governance.
• Align technical solutions with business goals and compliance needs.
• Oversee and validate deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Lead pre-sales solutioning and estimation for CRM initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Proficient in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, DevOps is a plus.
• For Architect roles: Proven experience designing and delivering complex CRM solutions at scale.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
