Microsoft Dynamics CRM + Azure Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize

  Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE)

  solutions.
• Implement

  CRM security models

  including Security Roles, Field Security Profiles, Owner/Access Teams.
• Build and maintain

  custom code

  using C#, Plug-ins, JavaScript, Web API, Custom Workflows, and Query Expressions.
• Develop

  Azure Function Apps

  and work on

  Azure integrations

  with Dynamics CRM.
• Configure and enhance

  Power Platform components

  such as Model Driven Apps, Power Automate Flows, Canvas Apps, Power Pages, and Custom Pages.
• Work with

  Microsoft Dataverse

  and manage database configurations.
• Implement and support

  OOB (Out-of-the-Box) workflows/actions

  for business automation.
• Perform

  deployment activities

  including managed/unmanaged solutions setup across instances.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare documentation, perform functional testing, and ensure quality in all deliverables.

Technical Skills (Critical/Major)

• Strong experience in

  Dynamics CRM customization/configuration

  .
• Expertise in

  CRM Security Roles, Teams, and Security Models

  .
• Strong working knowledge of

  Azure Function Apps

  and integration with Dynamics CRM.
• Hands-on experience in

  C#, Plug-ins, JavaScript, Web API, LINQ, Query Expressions

  .
• Proficiency in

  Power Platform

  (Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Power Pages).
• Working experience with

  Microsoft Dataverse

  .
• Good understanding of

  OOB workflows/actions

  in CRM.
• Deployment knowledge in

  Managed/Unmanaged solutions

  .

Domain Knowledge (Medium)

• Exposure to

  Banking and Finance domain

  .

Soft Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong communication skills ( 3.5/5).
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively.

Additional Information

• Location:

  PAN India (Work from Wipro ODCs)

• Budget:

  Up to 30 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
