JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server (complex/optimized queries)

Functional Expertise:
Customer Journeys (Marketing)

Sales
Soft Skills: Strong communication & collaboration skills
Preferred: Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
Role & Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) solutions
Design and deliver solutions to enhance customer experience & drive business growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose CRM solutions
Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external applications
Optimize CRM performance with advanced SQL queries and backend enhancements
