Advanced customization & configuration
Workflows, business rules, and security models.
Integration with external systems
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
Technical Expertise:JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server (complex/optimized queries)
Custom plugins, workflows, and web resources development.
Functional Expertise:
Customer Journeys (Marketing)
Customer Service
Sales
Soft Skills: Strong communication & collaboration skills
Preferred: Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
Role & Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to meet business requirements
Develop and maintain Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) solutions
Design and deliver solutions to enhance customer experience & drive business growth
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose CRM solutions
Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external applications
Optimize CRM performance with advanced SQL queries and backend enhancements
Location - Gurgaon, (Work from Office),Pune,Bangalore (Hybrid) | Remote (possible for exceptional talent)
