Role & Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) to meet business requirementsDevelop and maintain Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI) solutionsDesign and deliver solutions to enhance customer experience & drive business growthCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose CRM solutionsBuild custom plugins, workflows, and integrations with external applicationsOptimize CRM performance with advanced SQL queries and backend enhancementsWork Mode: Onsite / Hybrid/ Remote (based on candidate suitability).
