Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microfinance professional, located in Jhansi. The role involves performing daily financial analysis, preparing financial statements, and managing accounting tasks. The individual will supervise loan disbursements, monitor repayments, and manage customer relationships. Additionally, they will be responsible for assessing clients' financial positions and providing financial advice to enhance their economic capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for financial assessment and problem-solving
Proficiency in Finance and Accounting practices
Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and teamwork
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in microfinance or banking is a plus
