  Key Responsibilities:

• Isolate, identify, and analyze microorganisms in raw materials, finished products, and environment.
• Conduct microbial contamination and probiotic studies.
• Perform biochemical assays (enzyme activity, kinetics, antioxidant), protein purification, and electrophoresis.
• Apply molecular tools (PCR, qPCR, DNA extraction) for microbial and genetic analysis.
• Operate and maintain lab instrumentation (spectrophotometer, PCR, HPLC, electrophoresis).
• Document findings, support R&D projects, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

  Education & Experience:

• M.Sc./M. Tech in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry.
• 1+ years of experience in food, nutrition, or biotech industry.
• Hands-on expertise in microbial culture, biochemical assays, and molecular techniques.
• Knowledge of FSSAI/ISO/HACCP/GMP preferred.
