Microbiologist

*Required Bachelor's/Master's in Microbiology or Biotechnology

Ø Study and prepare SOP from the relevant current version of applicable Indian Standard or other standard.

Ø Ensure the environment conditions during the performance of test and record of the same.

Ø Update the calibration record and preserve the calibration certificate.

Ø Prepare and update Observation sheet approved format.

Ø Responsible for preparation for testing of test items.

Ø To record the observations of testing.

Ø To incorporate the results in job card and submit to Lab In charge.

Ø To intimate the Lab in charge regarding breakdown of the instruments.

Ø Responsible for Maintaining the cleanliness and housekeeping in the laboratory.

Ø To perform the test of test items as per the National/International Standard Test Methods or Standard Operating Procedures approved by the TD.

Ø Maintain of equipment and measuring instrument list.

Ø Maintain and update equipment history card.

Ø Prepare and update calculation and observation sheet approved format.

Ø Maintain of equipment and measuring instrument list.

Ø To review requests, tenders and contracts.

Ø To prepare Internal Quality Checks programs for ensuring the validity of test result.

Ø To participate and conduction of ILC/PT program.

Ø To perform the intermediate checks of equipment and CRMs

Ø To perform activities to ensure the validity of test results such as retesting, reproducibility, replicate testing and control charts etc.

Ø To ensure the measurement of uncertainty

Ø To verify the equipment for its specific requirement

Ø To verify the equipment before placing it on services

Ø To ensure repair and maintenance of equipment

Ø To maintain the all technical records such as calibration records, MU record, verification records

Ø To perform verification and validation of test methods

Ø To guide the Booking Executive for discard of sample and verify the record for discarded samples.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
