Role Overview: You are required to join a reputed diagnostic centre in Delhi as an MD Microbiology. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and performing microbiological testing, ensuring quality control, and providing accurate diagnostic reports to clinicians. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and supervise microbiological tests on various clinical specimens (bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic). - Ensure adherence to standard laboratory protocols and quality assurance practices. - Deliver timely and precise reports to clinicians to assist in clinical decision-making. - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment according to regulatory standards. - Provide training and guidance to junior staff and technicians. - Collaborate with hospital/clinic departments for infection control and surveillance activities. Qualification Required: - MD in Microbiology from a recognized university. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital laboratory. - Proficiency in NABL/ISO quality standards. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to effectively manage a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.,
