About the Role

MicroStrategy Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
data pipelines
to extract, transform, and load data supporting organizational goals.
Build and maintain
ETL processes
using
Python/Scala
on
Databricks/Spark
platforms.
Create impactful
data visualizations and dashboards
using
MicroStrategy
(preferred) or
Power BI/Tableau
.
Work with
Python, Spark, Hive
, and data warehousing concepts to deliver scalable solutions.
Develop and manage data workflows on
AWS Cloud
and integrate
streaming frameworks like Kafka
.
Apply
data modeling techniques
and work with relational databases (preferably
Oracle
).
Implement
CI/CD pipelines
, containerization, and orchestration tools for continuous delivery.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
in an
Agile environment
to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
8+ years
in technology (application development and production support).
5+ years
of experience in
ETL development
and data pipeline design.
3+ years
of experience in
Databricks/Spark
using
Python/Scala
.
Hands-on experience with
MicroStrategy
or other BI tools.
Strong knowledge of
AWS Cloud
,
Kafka
,
Core Java
,
Linux
, and
SQL
.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
