Job Description

Job Title:

MicroStrategy Developer

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and visualizations based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
Optimize and troubleshoot MicroStrategy reports, documents, and cubes for performance and data accuracy.
Develop and implement security filters, user roles, and access management within MicroStrategy.
Integrate MicroStrategy with diverse data sources and ensure smooth ETL processes.
Perform testing, validation, and documentation of new/existing BI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest MicroStrategy features, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

3 to 6 years of proven experience as a MicroStrategy Developer.
Strong understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, schema objects, and project configuration.
Proficient in SQL and data modeling concepts.
Experience in integrating MicroStrategy with various databases/data warehouses.
Hands-on experience in creating dashboards, reports, Visual Insights, and Dossier in MicroStrategy.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

MicroStrategy certification is a plus.
Experience in cloud platforms and modern BI integration is preferred.
