Role L2 - MSTR Administrator(Good to have Developer Exp)

Required Technical Skill Set

Must-Have -

Usage of MicroStrategy Tools like Developer, Object Manager

- Perform CR deployments from Development to Production by moving Packages

- Usage of Workstation

- Development of MSTR Objects, Reports and Dashboards

- Administration of MSTR Platform.

- Experience of working on Windows Server platform.

- Users/Groups/Roles/Licenses Management.

- Experience of working on Version Upgrades.

- Interacting with MSTR regional Support team to track issues.

Responsibilities

• Individually manage Microstrategy Production platform.

Up-keep the health of the platform via constant monitoring (manual as well as automated).
Take corrective actions on alerts sourced from monitoring systems
Perform RCA on issues encountered and strive for a permanent fix in production platform.
Perform code deployments to production environment.
Applying any product specific fixes/patches released from MSTR on need basis.
Open Tickets with MicroStrategy Support in case of any product related issues and track it to closure in co-ordination with design team.
Work in close co-ordination with OS admin to update the environment with latest level patches and fixes.
Open RFCs (required as part of the change management process) for any changes to be performed on production environment.
