We are looking for dynamic individuals with experience in logistics and operations to join us as Micro Entrepreneurs. This is an opportunity to transition from your current role as an Operation Executive to running your own business, handling the last-mile operations for Ninjacart.
- *Higher Earnings:* Earn 35,000 - 40,000 per month, significantly higher than typical Operation Executive roles.

- *Last-Mile Operations:* Efficiently manage the delivery of fresh produce from our distribution centers to retailers.
- *Team Management:* Hire and manage a team of delivery personnel.
- *Customer Relationship Management:* Maintain strong relationships with retailers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- *Inventory Management:* Ensure accurate and timely deliveries, managing stock and reducing wastage.
- *Experience:* 3+ years in logistics, operations, or similar roles.
- *Skills:* Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
- *Entrepreneurial Mindset:* Ambitious and ready to take on the challenge of running a business.
- *Knowledge:* Understanding of local areas in Bengaluru is a plus.
