The role encompasses various responsibilities, including identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, coordinating MICE events, and formulating effective sales strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with overseeing customer service operations, delivering sales presentations, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure flawless event management.
